Wild Honeysuckle is very invasive in zone 7 but it sure makes the woods smell good. This is beside my garage.

Just a wander round checking on stuff.

The back end of our lawn was looking dog rough but I spiked it, added some more seed and fed it over the last couple of weeks and it's slowly recovering.

We've a nice rhodo in our front garden that is completely overshadowed by the azaleas one of the viburnums and the tree.

As it doesn't get a lot of light, it's rather tall and leggy but still has nice blooms.

This Mayleen clematis in a big earthenware tub I've left to its own devices this year, so more bushy than trailing.

I had my first canna flower today! Actually, it could have been anytime over the weekend since I was out of town. What a surprise to see when I got home!
Short backstory: I got the bulbs last year during the “seeds from China” scare when random people were getting sent bulbs/seeds/etc.in the USA without buying them. Got these randomly one day and freaked out. Turns out, my mum bought them for me and didn’t tell me.
