Wow, you've got daffodils already! Guess it might not be too much longer before we have them up here then :)

When? :confused:

(Stares gloomily out the window; everything under ice and snow right now!)

It will come @Beth_B, I've had snow here today but it didn't settle. Us gardeners are too impatient for our own good. :)

How (y) Mine are weeks away

If it's any consolation @Daren, it also depends on whether your particular daffs are early or late bloomers. Some of mine didn't bloom until early April.

Zigs thanks for giving us a little spring before we dumped on with over a foot of snow, I did get to see a bit of my garden to day and my peony trees are looking good.

Beautiful pictures, @zigs and @Esther Knapicius!! Thank you for their beauty, but I admit to being quite jealous of both of you!! If it has to be gray and gloomy and everything all brown - can I at least have some snow?! :( It's only snowed twice this year, both times only enough to stick in the grass. It used to snow in Ohio, I swear it did!!

This was sent to me by a friend, but I think this is how you feel!! :ROFLMAO:

:LOL::LOL:
Seriously...It was 12 degrees yesterday with blowing snow, back into the 40s for the weekend.
I did manage a quick shot of this mornings sunrise, over the oh-so-scenic motor home in my neighbor's yard. :rolleyes:

:D It's good to be back!! (y)

Same here, just a little warmer. Woke up yesterday morning, it was 18°F, this morning it was 48°F. Beautiful sunrise, by the way!! :)

I've done a little poking around, and learned that for the month of January, our (well, Columbus, Ohio) highest high was 67°, and our lowest low was 7°. We had 6 days that never got above freezing, but we also had 6 days over 60°. We've got a new warmest average temperature for the month of January, 43°.

I wonder if I'm in zone 7 yet? I guess I'll know if the gladiolas come back. :(

I decided on a new avatar. (I love to change my avatar!! :ROFLMAO:)
