It is the same shrub @DiggersJo but yours is pruned differently. The one in my garden is old and badly pruned which I'm slowly working on to get in better shape. That's not easy with the lethal thorns on the leaves.

@Meadowlark the flowers are considered to be orange. If you think of the fruit Tangerine, then that's just about spot on colour-wise.
