The comospolitan miss-mesh just makes me laugh. Karl Marx - Russian; anime - French; the protagonist - a European-looking man; target - Chinese! It will work as the Chinese just love European looking people!

They should study grass more. It always seems greener over the fence.

They are trying to be world leader in everything - already two feet in Africa and other continents, not to mention hacking or getting their scholars in universities here so that they can dole out scholarships to compatriots. Forward thinking, maybe, but not for the well-being of the world.

Mugabe 'lost $1m in stolen briefcase'

Put it simply - the Zimbabweans lost $1m ...

How can these human-forms treat their fellow human beings in such a nasty way! Karma has worked in this case! Now, Mr Crocodile is even worse! I cry for the Zimbabweans!

Thank you for the link.

Leaders often exploit tribal loyalty to advance personal gain, parochial interests, patronage, and cronyism.

This strikes a chord with me.

Oh, no! That's worrying and have you been in touch, Tetters? Tell him to hose down everything and pray! Hope they are all safe!

@johnny canoe , how cold is Alberta?

Deadliest freeze in a generation has 110 million people across U.S. bracing for record-breaking extreme low temperatures - as forecasters advise against speaking outside and warn frostbite could occur in SECONDS

This sounds atrocious

A Floridians Perspective...

I know this historic cold snap is breaking all kinds of records, both in actual temps and windchill temps. However, from my perspective down here in North Florida, this isn't nearly as bad as back in 2010 when the polar vortex made it all the way down to south Florida, where there were tons of reports of how the cold was causing so much havoc and setting records all over Florida. Virtually everything in my yard died; however, in contrast, this year I have not covered a single plant, including some volunteer tomato plants I got growing now.

These are the cold snaps I love -- the ones that stay out of my state;)

Some news stories from back in 2010
