I have 5 Knockout Double Roses shrubs, 3 of them are gorgeous, the other 2 are too close to deer path, and the buds don't stand a chance. What can I spray on them that will keep Deer off without harming the plants?

I can't put any sort of barrier, the roses are outside of the courtyard wall, one on each side of a gate arbor.Got to think of the insects of you can spray, I'd put a barrier around the roses or keep the deer out by putting up a deer fence.
I ordered it from Amazon, I hope it works. It stinks so be careful. Be sure to wash your hands really well after use. I apply it in the evenings so I dont smell it all day.
Ive tried using it on the ground around plants. Not sure if it really worked or not. Maybe for rabbits.
Something still eats flowers even after spraying. Maybe groundhogs but not sure.
