What is wrong with this plant ?

It is a purple pixie and I have 6 of them that all look the same. I planted them last year.

Fertilize with a slow release now, and again in mid summer. 10-10-10 would be good to start with. Also check the PH of the soil. It looks like you could be on the alkaline side. (above 7.0)

I used Fish fertilizer two weeks ago .Do you think it could be some kind of bug?

After doing a quick search, it doesn't look as if they are prone to any kind of bug infestations. Three things pop up when doing a search of your problem. PH, fert, and possibly over watering. Could it be possible the plants were planted too deep?

They are not planted too deep. The leaves look as if there is a bug or desiese problem.
