What is wrong with this plant ?

It is a purple pixie and I have 6 of them that all look the same. I planted them last year.

Fertilize with a slow release now, and again in mid summer. 10-10-10 would be good to start with. Also check the PH of the soil. It looks like you could be on the alkaline side. (above 7.0)

I used Fish fertilizer two weeks ago .Do you think it could be some kind of bug?

They are not planted too deep. The leaves look as if there is a bug or desiese problem.
