what is this plant/weed? Central ohio

just let it grow, interesting. think it's a weed? maybe a wildflower.
just has small wispy looking white things for bloom? maybe will do more?
About 2-3 feet tall

Ragweed. Its pollen is a common cause of allergies. It does have interesting foliage and an interesting flower, but it's not one I'd recommend keeping around.
