What is happening to my strawberry plants?

I’ve planted quite a few strawberry plants this year, and it’s gone well so far, but some of them are becoming strangely… shrivelled? Dark and tiny buds. Can anyone enlighten me as to what is happening and maybe how to fix it?

I don't know about insects in Norway but if that were in Texas it would be Thrips insect damage. A very serious thing as there really isn't much to be done at this stage of growth. You can try Neem Oil.
