Watermelon seeds not sprouted

I've only planted watermelon seeds once or twice in my 54years so I'm no expert . They have been planted for thirteen days now and noting and I'm starting to get worried.
Should I wait a little longer or replant while it's dry enough.
I bought the seeds from Lowe's. ferry Morse seeds.

If they haven't germinated within a week start over. Optimum soil temperature is around 80F but anything over 70 is OK. Plant seeds 1/4 - 1/2 inch deep. Keep moist until sprouted.

I have seen them put the racks of seeds outside in the garden area in direct sun but other than that they usually germinate well for me with fresh packs. I usually see them sprout in 5-7 days time in seed starting mix.

They're finally popping up . We have had some nice warm weather the last couple of days without rain which looks like just what they needed .
