Brown and white spots on watermelon leaves

My watermelon is coming in, but I noticed the leaves have rapidly gained these brown and white spots, and leaves are starting to wilt up. What is going on, and how do I remediate this?

You might try spraying the leaves with a quart of hydrogen peroxide per gallon of water to kill the spores from creating more lesions but those lesions will still be there and the leaf will probably still die at some point but maybe you can prolong the life of it.
