Avocado plant roots turning brown and white spots all over

Hi experts,

I am using toothpick method for growing a avocado tree from seed. I have kept the avocado seed immersed in water since from 1st march 2018. Till date, the growth is good, the shoot has grown but i am worried if there is any infection.I have enclosed snaps of the plant please have a look and let me know if there is issue and the solution as well..
