Looks like powdery mildew. It's mainly caused by the plants leaves staying to damp. Remove all of the affected parts and spray once a week with Neem Oil.

Would I be correct in thinking that these leaves came from the bottom of your plants and that they are quite old;
Neem oil will take care of many problems in one spray, and I wouldn't decry its use, but 1 milk to 4 water in your spray will work for powdery mildew at a fraction of the cost.

Well if we are staking out positions, I like the idea of the instant kill via potassium bicarbonate. Also I have learned that powdery mildew is one of those fungi that prospers quite well without the damp condition so normally associated with garden issues.
