Welcome to the forum @carzyfarmer :)

Looks like cold damage, did they come by post? If it's not that then it could be they're too wet.

Take cuttings from the green parts, into damp but very gritty compost. You want it to drain well after watering.

The discoloured parts will probably shrivel and rot away so will want getting rid of.

thanks for the reply, i think you are correct in that they are to wet, we just had some rainy weather and this soil does not drain the best. these plants are rescue plants. i was just worried that it could be some type of mold or fungus

The yellow-orange plant is Golden Sedum (Sedum adolphii, syn: S. nussbaumerianum), in the Stonecrop Family (Crassulaceae), native to eastern Mexico. The green -leaved plant appears to be another Sedum or hybrid. The slight leaf damage due to cold, wet, or neglect is minor and the plants will soon produce new leaves with proper care. Both plants should be moved into more light either direct sun or very bright indirect light. Soil should drain quickly and be allowed to partly dry before the next irrigation. Fertilize the plants from Spring to Fall with a complete, liquid fertilizer.
