This flower is a Windflower (Anemone coronaria) in the Buttercup Family (Ranunculaceae).

Stock (Matthiola sp.) is a quite different flower in the Mustard Family (Brassicaceae)... but it does come in many colors.

This is not Stock either. The leaves are not shown and the center of the flower is obscured. but this appears to be a form of Oriental Poppy (Papaver orientale).

This is 'common' Stock (Matthiola incana), a Crucifer (Brassicaceae) originally native to southern Europe.
