Can I use a young mango tree as a scion to graft onto a rootstock?

I have a monoembryonic mango plant and was wondering if I could grow a polyembryonic mango plant until it's about 2 - 2.5 months old and then use the scion from that to graft onto my monoembryonic mango plant. My thought process was that since polyembryonic seeds grow true to type, if I graft them onto a monoembryonic plant it will also make the same fruit as the polyembryonic plant will. Can anyone help? Is this possible? Any help would be greatly appreciated
