Sprouts going purple

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows what’s going on with my sprout plants, the leaf stems have gone purple when they were white, is this normal?

I am trying to remember what they look like specifically, but they certainly seem quite normal from what I remember.

Probably a potassium deficiency.
