Presumably, no one eats anything from that tree.
guess I missed the word editable garden. So we are talking about a Vegetable garden. Let me introduce you to the Amish, who will take cow manure and horse manure and water and spread all of it on acres of land then grow vegetables. And I know the argument will be well human stool is different than cow and horse, but it still contains things from a body, waste materials. And yes my trees are not fruit bearing trees.

No introduction necessary. And the ones I have talked to absolutely do NOT use their own human waste on veggie gardens.

Like the Amish, I have been using well composted cow manure on my veggie garden for literally several decades.... human waste, no, not ever.

yes, I know they do not use human waste.
