Hi everyone,
I’m exploring ways to grow vegetables indoors using hydroponics. Since I have limited space, I want to choose a system that is efficient and doesn’t waste water.
What hydroponic methods or setups have worked well for you in small spaces? Any
The most basic hydroponic method is soilless mixes like Pro mix or Sunshine potting mixes. The substrates have no nutrients and are giving nutrients mixed in the water. You need to have an EC or TDS and pH meter.
The most simple method of hydroponics is the Kratky method. There are numerous YouTube videos with lots of information on this subject. Doesn't require any pumps or flowing water. Also there are vegetables that require very little attention like carrots and radishes that can be grown in small media based containers.
