Small eggs on vine : what insect ? remove or leave ?

Hello gardeners !
I am raising a vine for my balcony. This winter I put it inside to avoid cold.
However, about a month ago I detected what I think are insect eggs under the leaves and sometimes on the branches.
At first I removed them with my fingers, making sure I crushed them.
Today, approximately one month later, I see the same eggs, more of them, and spread to more branches and leaves than before!

I have two questions :
What insect's are those ?
Shall I remove them ? I'd like too let them live on, as long as they do not become a plague or alter the plant's normal development.

They're not eggs. it is guttation, which is a natural response to high humidity and extra-moist soil. It's sap that oozes from pores on the leaves and stems. It dries to a firm 'bead' that looks like eggs.

A picture of the whole plant will help with identification.

It looks like a type of grape vine...

I think it's Boston Ivy. Three-part leaves and branching tendrils. It might be able to stay outside next Winter.

I don't think it's Parthenocissus (Boston Ivy) Quinquefolia has five lobes, and Tricuspidata has three, but the leaf is a different shape altogether. I'm not so sure it's a Vitis (grapevine) either..... I'll have another think in the morning - it's well past sleep time now zzzzz
