I found some scuffing line in the woods, I pulled a vine up and brought it home and replant it, do you think they will grow?

I too have been wondering about the name 'scuffing line'. I'm not certain, but I think it may be a local variation of the word, 'Scuppernong', which is a used both as a common name and cultivar name for the Muscadine grape (Vitis rotundifolia). If you have any photos of the vine you collected, please do post them here.
