Trying out a new / another online dirt patch

I'm here to try out a new / larger online garden community.

Lets see -

• I've been playing in the dirt for several years but am new to this property
• Western Michigan USA - USDA zone 6a, within 10 miles of Lake Michigan
• Previous owner had a 45' x 10' veg garden where he would mulch in fall leafs for about the last 30 years - soft black soil about 24 inches deep over pure beach sand
• 4 new raised beds next to the established garden
• I have a few newly planted fruit trees - sweet cherry, pear, peach, apple
• Blueberry bushes and raspberries

I got bitten by the Back to Eden deep mulch style and raised beds a few years ago. I also play with Kratky style hydroponics. And with the new property I am diving into the permaculture rabbit hole.

As with all gardens it's a work in progress
