Rutgers tomato seedling has a dying

Anyone know what’s causing this?

Lack of sun among other possibilities. Solar intensity is different and far more powerful than just having a grow light. It has gotten fairly large, and now the root wants oxygen and drainage. I have no idea of the pot design, but it is getting small already. Low temps? That window allows in the cold at night. It looks pale too, like the nutrients are off. What are you feeding it?
