I had what seemed like healthy plants but there are a couple that the leaves are looking yellow and dry. Been giving enough water I think and plenty of light under my t5. Is this already a disease? Also is this guy dead ? The wilted lookin one, I think it was from too much wind today.

I doubt if it is too much light. Young tomato plants often have their older leaves yellow and you will cut off the lower limbs anyway when you plant them. As far as the wilted one look at it in the morning. It will probably be all perked up. I also see that the leaves are beginning to turn a purple color. That means you have a phosphorous deficiency. Give all of them a teaspoon of epsom salts and when you plant them add a handful of bonemeal to the hole. Otherwise they look great.
