Repotting questions for philodendron birkin

So I just got into the plant game and got myself a spider plant and a philodendron birkin( which is without the white variation). Since I got it about 3 or 4 months ago, It is doing well

and just unfurled two new leaves. I absolutely love it which is why I have a prince of orange a d a moonlight on the way..My question is this..
I didn’t know as much when I got it and just planted it in regular miracle grow indoor potting mix. I just bought media to make my own ( Coco coir, perlite, orchid bark, worm castings, and horticulture charcoal. Since it’s doing well I feel like I should just leave it be. Any suggestions are welcome.. Here is what it looks like.
