Regarding those little red berries that grow on bushes

It occurs to me that anyone who has really young children should watch them very closely around strange plants. Some of those berries are no good to eat. Yet a children are naturally curious and may poison themselves by eating such things, and worse. Garden safety is something we hardly think about.

Are you talking about yew tree berries? They're red, small and highly poisonous.
If I had children, I would have to get rid of some of my plants. For example, I couldn't grow my lovely lilies of the valley anymore. Fortunately, I'm not a parent yet:p
