So I started my vegetable garden this year. I’ve never really grown a proper vegetable garden before I’m relatively new to gardening I’ve done it on and off for several years. I’m having a few issues with my plants. Some of my plants have a patchy white spots on the top of their leaves with small tiny black dots on the underside, I don’t know what these are but I have a feeling that might be because of watering the leaves too much. I also have white seems to be flea beetles. I ordered some Bonide eight on Amazon and treated all of my plants along with copper fungicide, just wanted to get some insight. The picture is a leaf off of one of my green bean vines. Most of my plants have what’s on this leaf

The white looks like mite damage and the black looks like honeydew. I don't think it is a fungus

Some of this stuff doesn't work on the insects eggs. So the eggs (if they laid any) can still hatch and there you have mites again and then you think the insecticide didn't work. So you have to do a follow up spray in a week or two to kill the mites that hatched. You have to kill those before they lay new eggs.
