I found this site with plumeria cuttings but I am not sure if the price is to high. Thoughts?

I wouldn't get it, because they are problematic and the failure rate is high. If it were me I would get something else much easier. .

I live in Virginia and they are a lot of work. They are expensive to buy. I am very sad to say that husband and I had been sick and a frost came unexpected and that one time killed them all.
