Plumeria Question

Why are the leaves getting these white or lightening areas. It's not powdery. Seem nutritional?

If it seems "gritty" in those spots, you might have spider mites. Neem works fairly well if you get tops and bottoms.

Thx for the reply. It's not gritty. Seems as if the leaves are very thin and loosing there color and becoming frail.
