So I have a plumeria alba/frangipani and its leaves are all getting yellow rust underneath. I've scoured the internet to find no help. I had already pruned the branch with this rust and and the new branches seem to have the same problem too. What should I do, as I can't cut all the leaves of the tree...
Thanks in advance!

Greetings, welcome to the Forums.

Your description sound like your Frangipani (Plumeria cv.) might be infected with Plumeria Rust Fungus (Coleosporium plumeriae).
However, for a more confidant diagnosis, please post photographs of the leaves with yellow dust on them.
