Please help me identify this plant.

I found this plant in my garden. Not sure if its a weed. It looks interesting. Found in Southern Oregon.

Its a Euphorbia. I Like them for there unusual exotic look they have. All Euphorbias do have an irritating sap although Some people, like me don't get irritated by them. I have been handling them for years and never once found my self irritated.(Wear gloves if worried) It may self seed but they are easy to remove as they have little in the way of root
