Please help me identify my indoor plant.

Hello everyone,

I received this plant in December 2015 as a gift. It's didn't have the card in the soil that normally gives you all the details you need.

Does anybody know what type of plant this is?

The bottom leaves have been going yellow and falling off over the last few weeks.

I also took some new growth from the plant and repotted them to see how they go.

Thank you. It's leaves are very soft and not as thick as a rubber plants leaves.

Welcome Sheryce. I think your plant is Ficus Lyrata.

I still maintain its some version of rubber plant; there are many varieties. And they mostly all look just like yours.

That's why I posted the latin name, so you could look it up and at least have a place to start from.
