Pests

Hello I need help identifying a pest on my pokadot plant. I searched on the web but couldn't figure out which one these are. They move around fairly fast for their size. There are only a half dozen or so in the picture (quality is 100% clear).
Does anyone know what these are? Any treatment recommendations?

Interesting. I'm not quite sure. Do have the ability to take near-macro shots? There are even macro adaptor lenses made to fit phone cameras.
