Normal for new lemon tree leaves to curl?

The older leaves are fine, but the newer leaves are curling a bit.

Have you had any large temperature changes in the last few days? Has it been recently been transplanted? If the answer is no to both questions give it a good soaking and keep a close eye on it for ANY changes.

It has recently transplanted. I believe this leaf curl started after the transplant because the top half of the roots wasn't in soil. Some of the leaves fell off too.

Then don't worry. It is just transplant shock. The tree will be fine in a week or so. Just cover up the roots to the root flare of the tree and keep it damp not wet.
