New gardener!

Hi ya'll!! I grew up helping my parents in their garden but never really got into it myself until I got married. My husband and I bought a wonderful house on 2 acres of land but the yard was VERY over grown and had A LOT of drainage issues. Now that the drainage issue and over growth have been taking care of, my green thumb has started to come out. I look forward to reading the wonderful advice from everybody.
