Rose disease? Can you tell me whats eating my roses?

The white stuff on your rose leaves is most likely powdery mildew, a fungal disease common in roses. Post a photo of the whole plant if you can.

hmm, unfortunate background but those are holes aren't they? Well that creature has a mouth rather than a siipy straw like a stink bug. Its chewing a round bite as if it were wide (think JAWS) so is probably a beetle or caterpillar. Definite teeth which means feed it a edible poison. One thing the rosarian crowd does is use a 3n1 product which contains a insecticide.

Thank you for responding. I had the leaf on a glass which gave it the appearance of white mildew but they are holes. I think the rest of the bush looks great with healthy looking roses. It’s just the leaves that are eaten up.

Looks like sawfly damage. Choose your insecticide, there are many that work.
