Need some help identifying this plant :)

Bought this on a garden Sale. Seller also doesn't know the name.
Can you guys help me identify this plant? Hopefully I can take care of this plant better if I could research for it properly.
I tried to use some plant id apps and it says "Aspidistra elatior" (cast iron plant). Tried to google about it and I don't see a single upright stem where the leaves sprout unlike in the picture. Thank you.

Is this plant Palmita, Soskia? Grows very abundantly in Mexico?

I think I found some Aspidistra variety on the net that almost has the same structure as the sample image posted above shown in "figure 2". While the commonly found Aspidistra (elatior) on the net is just like "figure 3".

Although it also looks a lot like "Dracaena aubryana" (Lance Dracaena).
