Greetings.
I am trying to identify what looks like a species of Aster.
I live on the CT shoreline in zone 7a.
It's MUCH taller (4-5 feet tall) than the white wood aster (Eurybia divaricata) that I have planted around the corner in my shade garden.
This specimen has sprung up among a line of volunteer black-eyed Susans, and beside an old rose bush.
Thanks in advance for the ID help!

Thanks. @Mrsclem. Would blue wood-aster have a blue/lavender tint to the flowers? To me these appear to be fairly neutral white. I'll try and take a better photo with a neutral white paper background. Thanks again for the quick response.
