Can somebody pls guide me what is wrong with my orchid. When I received it was in full bloom. I had pruned it just above the the last node . I started noticing black spots on leaf and no new stem from a long time. Recently I changed the potting medium. How to fix the black leaves and have growth in my orchid?

Hello and welcome to the Forums.

At this stage, the black spots on your Phalaenopsis look like either sunburn or a disease. Keep the orchid out of direct sun and observe any changes. If the blackened areas continue to spread it is a disease and the entire leaf should be cut off at the base before the infection spreads further. Also do fertilize your orchid on a regular basis. I fertilize mine once a month, but other growers have different schedules.

If the plant is healthy a new flower stalk will emerge with time.
