My mom uses foxfarm big grow liquid plant food in her greenhouse, when there are wells, and streems nearby. How worried should i be?

You shouldn't worry at all. FF is an organic fertilizer and binds itself to the soil so it doesn't leach away like synthetic fertilizers do. It will have the same impact on the stream as a deer pooping in the woods, which is zero.
