I was going to say the same thing.
A guy I know who lives about 20miles from me sent me pictures of his tomatoes that have septoria leaf blight, I was afraid to stop by his place to see them thinking I might bring it back with me; that's what our local extension office said it was and it looks nothing like what yours do.
I had it on another post to identify it. Here is my journey:

Man, I hate it for you.
The only experience I have with tomato blights is from when I bought some bonny plants in like 2008 or about, and that was the year all their plants that came from Alabama were infected with late blight.
They infected every one of the 100 plus tomatoes that my father had grown from starts. We had to pull every single one.
That was a terrible feeling having to pull up every single plant.
The sad thing is the guy you bought from probably knew his plants weren't right.
You couldn't pay me now to plant a tomato or any other that I didn't grow from a seedling myself.
