I found this on my Meyer lemon tree this morning. Not sure what it is, nor how to treat it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It is two years old, planted in a pot, and I live in central Florida.

They look a lot like mealy bug nymphs or whitefly eggs, but what ever they are it isn't good. Get rid of them by either smashing them between thumb and forefinger or use a neem oil or spinosad based spray.
