Meyer lemon tree leafs falling off

I have a indoor Meyer lemon and lime tree the lime tree which is in the same container is doing great but the lemon tree is dropping leaves they turn yellow and fall off now there are what look like black smudges on the leads the trees get fertilized regularly and the humidity is good any suggestions would be appreciated.

Also the leaves are random shapes

Chuck is the best guy for citrus plant,

I guess it might be water problem or mealybug under the leaves.

Have you moved your Meyer tree ? Any change in light will cause a meyer to drop leafs. Mine will drop leafs in spring when moved outside. They grow new leaves based on new light conditions.
