Looking for a hardy, low-growing erosion control seed mix; something that does well in planting zones 9b and 10a. This is an area with a 10 - 15 degree grade, not watered too frequently, with some dry, hot and shady, areas a good potion of the year. PH is between 5 and 7. Soil type, somewhat clayish.
