Hi everyone, I'm new to lemon trees. I reached one from the garden centre nearly dead, it grew lovely but now it's stopped growing, the fruit turns black and shrivels before it's grown and now the new leaves that are starting to grow are going hard and brown on the ends, some of the leaves have for brown marks and holes in them, I really want to try and save it. I water it once it dries out, it is in a pot inside the house. I need help

Greetings, welcome to the Forums.

Is your tree kept outside from Spring to Fall? That would be much preferable, if possible. Of course now Winter is approaching. Keep the tree in a bright window until Spring. The leaves look like they are suffering from a deficiency. Fertilize now, lightly, with a complete fertilizer and again in more heavily in Spring. The brown marks on the leaves just look like incidental damage, perhaps when the plant was moved or bumped. Good luck with getting a successful fruit crop next year.

Hi, thank you for your help. No it's not so far just inside. I haven't had it very long and kept it in but I will do as you say and get it ready for next year and make sure it gets plenty of outside time next year.

I agree with the previous answer, I think the right fertilizer will help your lemon tree to become healthy and happy again
