Lemon Tree Not Giving Lemons

I was gifted a potted lemon tree a few years ago. When I received the tree it had a lot of beautiful lemons. I have not been able to get my tree to grow lemons since. I put it in a bigger pot and the tree is growing nicely, but the lemons fall off when they are little. I don't know what Im doing wrong?

The flowers are not being pollinated. The only thing you are doing wrong is living so high up in that building that there are no insect pollinators. The next time it blooms you can hand pollinate and get fruit to set.
