My willow tree and the plant beneath it have turned brown and I have just noticed the tree about 6 feet away from it is also turning brown. I have been watering the willow tree. All the plants in that area appear to be diseased?. Does anyone have any ideas please .

Hello, and welcome to the Forum.
In the second photo I see the browning leaves of a Rowan or Mountain-Ash (Sorbus sp.). This is a deciduous tree that would begin dropping leaves in Autumn. Is the tree dropping leaves much earlier than you would expect it?
The third photo shows several plants. Is one of them the 'willow' you mention?
If there is a problem here, but I am not seeing a clear sign of it. Perhaps further explanation and more photos would help.
