Good day, forum users! Please help me to solve the problem on the apricot tree

The color of the leaves has become very light green, almost yellow, the edges of the leaves are dried, brown. The tree crown is very sparse

Welcome to the forums @Caspiomare . Is that a latex paint on the trunks to protect them in the winter cold? I think the problem with your trees is either too much or too little water - or maybe too much or too little fertiliser.
It is difficult from so far away to decide which

The trees are starving, fertilization is greatly needed. Both trees are planted too deep, the root flares are not exposed. If I were to guess I would say it is starving for water instead of having too much water.

Thank you @Tetters and @Chuck
I've started to fertilise with NPK and wanted to get confirmed by experienced gardeners. And this is slaked lime on apricot trunk, @Tetters, in Kazakhstan (and all postUSSR) it is like tradition to whiten trunks in early spring and autumn. To protect from sunburnt and insects, it's said

Definelty a micronutrient deficiancy. Looks like an iron deficancy to me. Then the dried ends seems like lack of water.
