Kentia Palms Indoor Brown leaves

Kentia Palms brought in winters from a shop in western europe. Outdoor temperature 1-2 centigrade, interior 23 centrigrade and 40 humidity.

I notice leaves turning brown and some at the bottom going yellow. Any ideas ?enter image description here

That's better I couldn't see what it was, don't know much about house plants so here's a video.
