Hello all,
I just purchased a Hoya kentiana, and I dropped it on the way inside! Several of the young stems where growth comes from snapped. Some only partially broke. I left those connected, is there any chance they will recover? They did release some of the milky white substance that’s inside of hoyas. I separated the ones that were completely severed. Is it worth it to attempt to root them? Could new growth ever come from where the plant was broken off?
First photo is of a completely broken stem
Second photo is a partially broken stem, which seems strong but did release some of the white substance.
